Real deployments. Real logistics challenges. Here is how we solved them.
51-day deployment · 200+ soldiers · Daily servicing
A 51-day training exercise at the National Training Center required daily shower access for 200+ soldiers operating in austere desert conditions. Permanent facilities were not available at the forward operating locations, and the operation needed sustained daily throughput across the full exercise duration.
We deployed multiple 8-stall flex trailers and a 16-stall semi-trailer to provide 110+ shower heads across the operation. Daily servicing kept units operational at full capacity — pump-out, fresh water refill, cleaning, and consumable restocking every 24 hours.
Sustained shower operations for the full 51-day exercise. Zero downtime. Daily service cadence matched the operational tempo, and units were scaled as the exercise evolved.
48-hour deployment · Hundreds served daily · Multi-week operation
Hurricane Helene devastated western North Carolina, displacing hundreds of residents and destroying local infrastructure. Emergency camps needed shower and laundry facilities operational within 48 hours. The situation required both speed and scale — multiple facilities serving hundreds of people daily for an extended recovery period.
We activated our national logistics network and deployed shower and shower+laundry combo trailers within 48 hours. Units were positioned at emergency camp locations with self-contained water, waste, and power. Ongoing daily servicing kept all units at full operational capacity throughout the multi-week relief effort.
Full camp hygiene facilities operational within 48 hours of activation. Served hundreds of displaced residents daily. Units remained deployed throughout the recovery period with uninterrupted service.
3-day festival · Thousands of attendees · Premium facilities
A 3-day outdoor music festival needed premium shower facilities for thousands of attendees camping on-site. The organizer wanted facilities that matched the festival experience — not construction-site equipment. Hot water, private stalls, and climate control were requirements, not nice-to-haves.
We deployed multiple 8-stall private shower trailers with individual locking doors, built-in changing areas, and continuous on-demand hot water. Climate control kept the interiors comfortable despite outdoor temperatures. Service visits between peak usage windows kept the units clean throughout the event.
The shower trailers became one of the most-commented amenities at the festival. Guest satisfaction was high, and the organizer cited shower quality as a differentiator for the event experience.
6-month deployment · 80-person crew · Weekly service
A 6-month pipeline project in remote Montana needed reliable shower and laundry facilities for an 80-person crew. The camp was 45 minutes from the nearest town with no municipal water or sewer connections. The facilities needed to operate self-contained for the full project duration with minimal crew involvement in maintenance.
We deployed an 8-stall private shower trailer paired with a shower+laundry combo unit, giving the crew both shower and laundry access. A Water Box provided self-contained fresh water supply, and a generator handled all power needs. Weekly service visits covered pump-out, water refill, cleaning, and consumable restocking for the entire 6-month duration.
Sustained crew hygiene and laundry access for the full 6-month project. Zero disruption to operations. Weekly service handled all maintenance without any crew involvement in equipment management.
