A shower trailer is a self-contained mobile unit with private shower stalls, hot and cold running water, climate control, and changing areas. They range from single-stall units to 28-stall semi-trailers and are used for construction sites, disaster relief, events, military operations, and temporary plumbing shutdowns.
Shower trailers connect to a water source (city water or our Water Box) and power (shore power or generator). An on-demand propane or electric water heater provides hot water. Waste water drains into an onboard holding tank that we pump on a regular service schedule. The trailer is climate controlled with A/C and heat.
Every rental includes the trailer, delivery, setup, leveling, initial hookup, regular service visits (pumping, cleaning, restocking), and pickup at the end of your rental. Water supply equipment and generators are available as add-ons if your site lacks hookups.
We deploy shower trailers anywhere in the continental United States. Our direct service covers Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado. For all other locations, we source and deliver through our national logistics network of vetted partners.
Fleet trailers are units we own and operate directly — we control the exact specs, maintenance, and condition. Network trailers are sourced through our national logistics network of vetted partner companies. Both receive the same level of service and support. We broker network trailers for configurations and locations beyond our direct fleet.
Sizing & Selection
A general rule: one shower stall supports 10-15 workers per shift with a 7-8 minute average shower time. For a 50-person crew, an 8-stall unit handles the load comfortably with staggered use. For 100+ workers, consider a 16-stall semi-trailer or multiple units. Tell us your crew size and shift schedule and we’ll recommend the right configuration.
Our 8-stall trailers with 300-gallon fresh water tanks support approximately 20 showers per fill (at 2.0 GPM flow rate, 7.5 minutes per shower, 15 gallons each). The waste tank handles 64+ showers before pump-out. Fresh water is typically the limiting factor — adding a Water Box extends capacity significantly.
For apartment buildings, 1-4 stall units are typical. A 20-unit building with staggered schedules usually needs a 2-stall trailer. Larger buildings (50+ units) may need a 4-stall or 8-stall unit. We’ll factor in your building size, number of residents, and expected duration.
Yes. Our 1-Stall ADA Combo includes a wheelchair ramp, grab bars, spacious interior for mobility devices, and meets full ADA compliance standards. It combines a shower and restroom in one accessible unit.
Service & Maintenance
Service frequency depends on usage. For a typical 8-stall unit with 30-50 daily users, we service 2-3 times per week — pumping waste, refilling fresh water, cleaning interiors, and restocking supplies. High-traffic sites may need daily service. We match the schedule to your actual usage.
Each service visit includes waste tank pump-out, fresh water refill, interior cleaning and sanitizing, restocking of soap/shampoo/paper products, inspection of water heaters and climate systems, and a general condition check. Everything is included in your rental rate.
Yes. Active rentals include 24/7 emergency support. If a water heater fails, a tank overflows, or any issue disrupts shower access, call our emergency line and we’ll dispatch a technician.
Absolutely. We scale service up or down as your crew size changes. No penalties for adjusting. We can also add additional units if one trailer isn’t enough.
Setup & Installation
You need a level, firm surface (gravel, asphalt, or concrete) large enough for the trailer plus access for the delivery truck. Most units need a 30-amp electrical hookup within 50 feet. If no power is available, we provide towable generators. Water can come from city hookup or our Water Box.
Most shower trailers require 30-amp, 110V shore power. Larger semi-trailer units may need multiple 30-amp circuits or 50-amp service. Decontamination trailers require 240V hardwired power. If your site lacks electrical service, we provide towable diesel generators sized to your trailer.
No problem. Our Water Box provides a self-contained 660-gallon fresh water supply on a towable trailer. It connects via standard garden hose and includes a 12V demand pump. For larger operations, multiple Water Boxes can be daisy-chained together.
All shower waste water drains into the trailer’s onboard holding tank. We pump it on our regular service visits. For high-traffic sites, our Waste Box adds 660 gallons of additional holding capacity, reducing pump-out frequency. No gray water goes into the ground.
Delivery and setup typically take 1-2 hours. We deliver the trailer, level it, connect power and water, test all systems, and walk your site contact through the operation. Standard lead time is 1-2 weeks for planned deployments, 24-48 hours for emergencies.
Pricing & Contracts
Pricing depends on the trailer configuration (stall count and type), rental duration, delivery location, and service frequency. Short-term rentals (days to weeks) cost more per day than long-term contracts (months). Contact us for a custom quote — we’ll recommend the right configuration and give you a clear price.
Five main factors: (1) stall count and trailer type, (2) rental duration, (3) delivery distance from our nearest fleet location, (4) service frequency, and (5) support equipment needed (Water Box, Waste Box, generator). Longer rentals and closer locations bring the per-day cost down.
Yes. All rentals include scheduled service visits — pumping, cleaning, fresh water refill, and restocking. The service frequency is matched to your usage. Emergency service is also included at no extra charge.
Yes, we require a security deposit before delivery. The deposit is refundable at the end of your rental, less any damage beyond normal wear. Deposit amount depends on the equipment rented.
We offer flexible contract terms. For planned shortening, give us reasonable notice and we’ll schedule pickup. Cancellation terms depend on the contract — ask for details when you get your quote.
Compliance & Standards
Yes. All of our shower trailers meet or exceed OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 sanitation requirements for construction sites. This includes access to clean water, hot water capability, and adequate facilities for the crew size. We provide compliance documentation on request.
Yes. Our 1-Stall ADA Combo trailer features wheelchair ramp entry, grab bars, spacious interior for mobility devices, non-slip flooring, and meets ADA accessibility standards. This unit includes both a shower and restroom.
Yes. We provide equipment specs, capacity documentation, and compliance certificates as needed for site inspections, OSHA audits, and ADA verification. Request documentation when you book your rental.
Products & Equipment
A decontamination (decon) shower trailer is specialized for hazardous material environments. It includes lead and asbestos filtration equipment, negative air pressure systems to prevent cross-contamination, and meets environmental safety standards. Used at lead abatement, asbestos removal, chemical, and manufacturing sites.
Private shower trailers have individual stalls with locking exterior doors — each person gets their own enclosed space with a changing area. Group/flex showers use an open room layout (barracks-style) with shower heads along the walls — higher throughput but less privacy. Private is better for events and mixed-gender crews. Group is better for military and disaster response where speed matters.
A shower + laundry combo includes 3-6 shower stalls plus an integrated commercial washer and dryer. This gives crews both hygiene and laundry facilities in one trailer — one delivery, one hookup. Ideal for disaster response camps and long-term workforce sites where workers need to wash clothing.
Yes. Our logistics network provides 16-stall and 28-stall semi-trailer shower units for large-scale deployments. These are full-size trailers with multiple water heaters, climate control, and capacities of 200+ daily users. Commonly used for military exercises and disaster response camps.
Three key accessories: (1) Water Box — 660-gallon fresh water supply for sites without city water, (2) Waste Box — 660-gallon additional waste holding to reduce pump-out frequency, (3) Towable Generator — diesel power for sites without electrical service. We’ll recommend the right support equipment for your site conditions.
