Service & Maintenance

Regular servicing keeps your shower trailer clean, stocked, and operational. Here is exactly what we do and how often.

What Happens During a Service Visit

Every service visit follows a standardized checklist. Our technicians handle everything so your team does not have to manage the equipment.

1

Pump Waste Tanks

All gray water and waste holding tanks are pumped using a vacuum truck. Tanks are left empty and ready for the next cycle.

2

Refill Fresh Water

Fresh water tanks are topped off. If the unit is connected to a Water Box or city water supply, connections are inspected and flow rates verified.

3

Clean Interiors

All shower stalls, floors, walls, drains, and common areas are cleaned and sanitized. Mirrors and fixtures are wiped down.

4

Restock Consumables

Soap dispensers, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper (for combo units), and trash liners are all refilled. No extra charges for consumables.

5

Inspect Equipment

Water heaters, A/C units, plumbing connections, electrical systems, and LP tanks are checked for proper operation. Any issues are addressed on-site or scheduled for repair.

6

Check Plumbing Connections

Inlet and outlet hoses, cam-lock fittings, and drain lines are inspected for leaks, clogs, or damage. Connections are tightened or replaced as needed.

Service Frequency by Crew Size

The right service schedule depends on how many people are using the trailer daily. These are our standard recommendations.

Custom schedules available. If your usage pattern does not fit these categories, we will build a schedule that matches your actual demand.

Emergency Service: 24/7 for Active Rentals

If a water heater fails at 2 AM or a pump clogs during a disaster response, we do not wait until the next scheduled visit. Active rentals have access to 24/7 emergency service. Call the number on your unit or contact us directly at (844) 900-3190.

What's Included in the Rental

Everything. Our rental rate covers the trailer, delivery, setup, regular service visits, consumables, and equipment maintenance. There are no surprise fees for soap, paper products, or standard repairs.

Winter Service Additions

Cold-weather deployments require additional checks during each service visit to prevent freeze damage.
